How to get paid!
In order to submit for payment, you’ll need to do a couple of things.
- Complete this form by Friday at 11pm CST the end of the payroll week (4/12/2019 and every 2 weeks after).
- Under “List of Lessons Completed”, put the lessons you have completed AND were approved for.
- It should look like this: Cardiac 02.01, Cardiac 02.02, Cardiac 02.03, etc.
- Be sure to complete ALL fields, then confirm accuracy on the last page before hitting Submit.
And that’s it!!! It will automatically send to accounting and the curriculum team to approve.
