   1. Pause and ask questions to the student; make them think & reflect

   1. Draw pictures to engage
   2. Use pictures that enhance teaching, never as a space filler
   3. Photos should focus on the most important point or make a connection
6. E – Explain the “Why”
   1. Reviewing content helps to make connections
   2. Keeps students engaged and keeps them from deviating to other

   1. Users only stay on the video about 7 minutes
   2. Avoid speaking in circles
   3. Make connections to get the idea to click
   4. Stay on cadence Goldilocks (not too fast, not too slow, but just right)
