- Symptoms
- Raccoon eyes = black eyes
- Battle sign- black and blue on the mastoid
- Bleeding behind eardrum
- Otorrhea – Cerebral Spinal Fluid leak from the ear
- Rhinorrhea – CSF leak from the nose
- Lose cranial nerve 1 = olfactory nerve
