- Stage 2- Breaks skin through epidermis (see tissue)
- Stage 3- Breaks skin through the dermis (see fat)
Interpreting: Analyzing & Planning:

- Stage 4- Breaks skin through fat (see muscle/bone)
- Unstageable- Cannot fully visualize
- Undermining
