    1. Pulmonary artery wedge pressure-> Air in balloon
      1. Visualize the QRS in regular strip (non-wedged)
      2. A wave after QRS
      3. V wave after T wave
        1. Giant V Waves
        2. Swan detects mitral insufficiency
          1. Left ventricle pushes blood back through mitral valve in to left atrium
          2. Is detectable on PAWP
      4. Measure A wave (before drop -> if there is one)
      5. C wave (“mushed together” with A wave- second bump of the “M”)
