  1. Cushing’s Triad (Not the same as Cushing’s Syndrome)
    1. Result of increased intracranial pressure (ICP)
      1. Increased systolic pressure
      2. Widening pulse pressure
      3. Decreased heart and respiratory rate
      4. Treatment
        1. Mannitol –> Only if there are good cells left (Mannitol doesn’t treat edematous cells)
        2. 3% Sodium Chloride –> Run it wide open
