- Think about at what level they should be learning the material, what they’re being prepped for, and the content you need to deliver
- What should they be able to do at the end of the lesson?

- Only include the absolutely necessary content
- Does the lesson fall apart if it’s not taught?

Assessment
Now that you understand our pedagogy, let’s implement this into your first lesson. In a document, begin to organize your thoughts about what the goals are of your first lesson. What are the absolute things they need to learn about? What should they absolutely know at the end and what should they apply? Share this document with your coach and work through the absolutes together.
