    5. Pyramidal tracts
      1. Begin on one side of head and cross over to other side of the body
        1. Assist with movements
        2. If injury occurs on tracts it is seen with a positive babinski
          1. Babinski is when the sole of the foot has been stroked and te big toe then moves upward or toward the top surface of the foot and toes stretch out
    6. Third Cranial Nerve
      1. Oculomotor Nerve
      2. Innervates pupil
      3. Sympathetic innervation
        1. Runs from Medulla to pupil and dilates the pupil
      4.  Parasympathetic innervation
        1. From the midbrain to the pupil and causes pinpoint pupils
